Joseph has been a Special Agent with the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI) for over 23 years and is currently retired in good standing. With his knowledge and expertise on the field, he created and founded, Vigilance Security Alliance, NFP. Vigilance Security Alliance, NFP, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting safety and preparedness in schools by enhancing deterrence and detection capabilities through our Security Grants Program, by preparing and training teachers, administrators and community leaders and by promoting innovative new security technologies, methods and best practices.
